From 29-30 November we had the opportunity to attend the breadmaking seminar by the renowned master baker and technical consultant of the Loulis Mill company, Qtmar Otto Fricker . His deep knowledge and his professionalism filled us with supplies and willingness to carry on our endavour. At the same time we hosted tomorrow’s bakers and pastry chefs, the students of the cookery school of OAED who were given a tour along with their teachers in the facility of the bakery and actively participated in the entire process.
