THE BANK-TRADITIONAL WOOD OVEN

The traditional wood oven was crafted with a lot of study and art by amateur (mind you, the Greek translation of the word as well as its Latin equivalent that the English language uses, originally means “lover of the art”) craftsmen, unique in their kind, from Tripoli, Greece, the heirs of a craft that dates back to the beginning of time. Its burning goes every day using shrub, the fire washes the dome achieving the right temperature and then the baking of the bread, the handmade pies, the food but also the traditional sweet pastries begins. The rich aroma of the wood is transferred to the products, the final result is unique and not to be compared with anything else.
